When Mr C left HMS yesterday in the middle of the Kahoot, he was not prepared for the night that was ahead for our city. A long night of bangs, pops, explosions, and sirens. Mr C lives two blocks from everything that happened last night and I know many of you live in this area too. It was very difficult to get to sleep at all.
It's okay to feel scared. It's okay to feel sad. It's okay to be emotional. It's okay to not know what happens next. Take care of yourselves and your families and focus on the happy and positive.
